At Chess Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wardrobe moves. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
